Brendon Bower, MSN, APRN, NP-C, is a nurse practitioner specializing in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), with clinical experience in gastroenterology since 2018. He has worked in both academic and private practice settings and currently provides virtual care through OSHI Health, delivering comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to patients with IBD. Brendon is actively involved in advancing education for advanced practice providers as a faculty educator with the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Advanced Practice Providers. In addition, he serves on a task force committee board with the American Gastroenterological Association, contributing to initiatives that support nurse practitioners and physician assistants in gastroenterology. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. Outside of his professional work, Brendon is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family hiking, playing games of all kinds, and baking.
